Our Young Ambassador Alumni Programme provides exclusive development opportunities and progression routes for young men that have successfully progressed through our Young Leaders or Scholars Programmes.
Ambassadors are supported to access a range of professional development and leadership opportunities including:
- Paid mentorships, including training, to mentor current young leaders and scholars.
- Paid SYLA internships.
- Access to exclusive work experience and internships with our corporate partners.
- NED experience as a Young Trustee on the SYLA Board.
- Speaker invitations to SYLA events
